Shipping

We craft your custom family map (or whatever you buy) and get it sent to you as quickly as we can. Depending on demand, you should expect delivery in 1-2 weeks for paper maps & placemats. 2-4 weeks for ArtiPlaq and desk mats.

Store Policy

We take great care in packaging your products, but there's always the handling process we can't control. Please let us know right away if your product arrived in any defective manner. We will handle the situation professionally.

As stated in the order form, many first and last names are very uncommon, even non-existent, in the master list of US placenames. Please be aware of this when ordering your map, and if you have any questions - please email first before ordering so we can help ensure your satisfaction.
